CADRE is a non-profit organization committed to reducing the burden of diabetes by providing health care professionals with scientific information and educational initiatives designed to translate research into effective clinical practice.

Diabetes Education from CADRE
  • CADRE's Current Diabetes Practice - The current issue of the CADRE newsletter looks at two current controversies in the treatment of type 2 diabetes:  use of thiazolidinediones and the association between insulin use and increased cancer risk.  You can also read archived issues.
  • Cases in Success - Web-based, interactive case studies about various treatment strategies for type 2 diabetes.  Although accreditation for these case studies has expired, you can still obtain valuable information and complete the cases for your own non-accredited education.
